Waterproofing that protects the building for the long term
Water damage is one of the most expensive defects in commercial construction. We install membrane systems to wet areas, balconies, podiums, planter boxes and roofs, applied by trained applicators to the manufacturer’s specification and the relevant Australian Standards.
Because we also deliver the tiling, the waterproofing and the finish above it are planned as one system. Hobs, falls, puddle flanges and terminations are detailed correctly the first time, which means fewer defects and less rework for your site team.

Our waterproofing process

Inspect the substrate
We check substrates, falls and penetrations and confirm that surfaces are clean, dry and ready to receive a membrane.

Prime & detail
Primers are applied and critical details such as junctions, corners, flanges and drainage points are reinforced first.
- 03
Apply the membrane
The specified membrane system is applied to the required thickness and curing times, with overlaps and terminations completed correctly.
- 04
Test & document
Completed areas are inspected and, where required, flood tested. We provide records for your QA and certification files.

Which standards do you work to?
Internal wet areas are waterproofed in line with AS 3740 and external above-ground areas in line with AS 4654, using the membrane manufacturer’s specified system.
Do you provide waterproofing certificates?
Yes. We provide completion records and certification for the areas we waterproof so you have what you need for your QA and handover documentation.
Can you waterproof balconies and podiums?
Yes. We install membranes to balconies, podiums, planter boxes and roof areas, coordinated with drainage, set-downs and the finish that goes on top.
How long before an area can be tiled?
It depends on the membrane system and site conditions. We follow the manufacturer’s curing times and let your team know exactly when each area is ready.
